Hosting & Launch

A Suitable Home for Your WordPress Website

We help you understand what kind of hosting your website needs and prepare the technical environment for WordPress.

You remain the owner of the hosting account and domain. We explain the suitable options and requirements, but you purchase third-party services directly from the selected provider.

What we do:

We assess the expected website size, traffic, storage and technical requirements.

After the hosting account is ready, we can connect the domain, install WordPress, configure HTTPS and check that the website is available correctly.

How we work together

You describe the planned website or provide the address of an existing one.

We recommend suitable hosting requirements and explain the available options. You select and purchase the service, then provide the access needed for configuration.

See examples and technical details

This service may include:

  • Shared hosting or VPS requirement assessment
  • Domain and DNS connection
  • WordPress and database installation
  • Docker-based deployment when appropriate
  • HTTPS certificate configuration
  • Basic email-related DNS records
  • Redirects between www and non-www addresses
  • Basic checks after launch

Domain registration, hosting subscriptions, commercial control panels and other third-party fees are purchased and paid for by the client.

WORDPRESS SETUP

A Clear Foundation for Your WordPress Website

We install and configure WordPress, prepare the main website structure and adapt a suitable theme to your business needs.

You remain the owner of the website, hosting account, domain and purchased licences. We configure the technical foundation and explain how the main parts of the website work.

What we do:

We prepare the WordPress installation, configure the selected theme and create the required pages, menus and basic website structure.

We can also install essential plugins, connect forms, adjust the visual appearance and remove unnecessary demonstration content included with the theme.

How we work together

You describe the purpose of the website, the required pages and the information you want visitors to find.

You provide the available text, images, logo and business details. We help organize the materials, identify what is still missing and adapt them to the selected website structure.

See examples and technical details

This service may include:

  • WordPress and database installationInitial
  • WordPress configuration

Premium themes, commercial plugins, stock photographs, hosting subscriptions and other third-party products are selected and purchased by the client.

CARE & BACKUPS

Regular Care for a Stable WordPress Website

A WordPress website requires regular attention after launch. We help keep your website updated, backed up and ready for everyday use.

The exact maintenance scope depends on the website, its plugins and the selected support plan. Updates are reviewed and applied carefully rather than installed automatically without checking their possible impact.

What we do:

We update the agreed WordPress components, create file and database backups and check the visible website after maintenance.

We can also configure backup schedules and remote storage so that backup copies are not kept only on the same server as the website.

How we work together

We review the website, identify the components that require regular attention and agree on the appropriate maintenance scope.

You retain ownership of the website and remote storage accounts. We perform the agreed work and notify you when an issue requires additional action or a separate estimate.

See examples and technical details

This service may include:

  • WordPress core updates
  • Theme and plugin updates
  • Website file backups
  • Database backups
  • Scheduled backup configuration
  • Remote backup storage configuration
  • Backup retention settings
  • Basic backup integrity checks
  • Visible website checks after updates
  • Basic restore-readiness checks
  • Content updates when included in the selected plan
  • Maintenance notes or reports when agreed

A backup does not replace secure hosting or guarantee that every technical problem can be prevented. Full restoration, emergency recovery and problems caused by unsupported software may require a separate estimate.

DIAGNOSTICS & SMALL FIXES

Focused Help When Something Is Not Working

If part of your WordPress website is not working correctly, we can investigate the visible problem, identify likely causes and determine the appropriate next step.

You do not need to diagnose the technical cause yourself. A website address, a description of what happens and any available screenshots or error messages are usually enough to begin reviewing the request.

What we do:

We reproduce the reported issue when possible and inspect the affected page, plugin, theme or website component.

If the problem fits the agreed scope, we implement and test a limited fix. If more extensive work is required, we explain what was found and provide an estimate before continuing.

How we work together

You describe what you expected to happen, what actually happens and when you first noticed the problem.

We may ask for screenshots, exact error messages or information about recent changes. If administrative access is required, we agree on a secure way to provide it separately.
